 Hello there, and welcome to the DAHDAH DayCare web page. My name is Stacey Dahdah. I am a loving and patient mom, recently
re-certified in CPR and First Aid. I offer nourishing snacks and meals with your child's individuality in mind. A typical
day consists of many fun and stimulating activities including story time, singing, free play, arts & crafts, colours,
walks to the park, ABC's & 123's. In the playroom, there are a variety of activity centre's such as a play kitchen, dress
up, toy tool's, ton's of mega blocks and other age appropriate toys. On occasion I also provide a sensory table for little
ones to explore. My home is kept organized and clean. I encourage an open communication with parents to implement what's best
for each child. I live in a Non-smoking home. Receipt's are available upon request. Please feel free to phone or e-mail me
if you have any questions, comments or inquiries regarding my Day Care services. I will do my best to provide all of the necessary
information you need.
A little about myself:
I have 2 children; Kaleb who was born in August/05 and Nyla
who was born June/07, and I'm loving every moment of motherhood!
While on maternity leave with Kaleb, I did volunteer
child care full-time for a relatives 3 year old little girl, and once my maternity leave was through, I started up DAHDAH
Daycare. So far, I have been providing child care in my home for just over 3 years now.
My husband and I have have
now lived in our new home in the Hamlet(a Tribute Community) in Ajax at Taunton and Audley) for over 3 years, and are
settling nicely into our new home and wonderful neighborhood. Our son Kaleb (along with one of my daycare children) are
attending the new Hamlet school (Romeo Dallaire Public School) in junior kindergarten. We couldn't be happier!
The
daycare area is set up in a spacious room in our home for the children, full of safe, fun toys, and learning activities. I
also have a fenced backyard with a sand table, water table, Little Tykes slide, and other out door toys such as a play lawnmower,
a wagon and ride-in-car's. On special occasions I may also bring out our jumping castle / slide.
Recently I have upgraded
my First Aid and CPR certification (October 2009). I have full and part-time children attending my day care ranging from ages
1 year - 4 years.
